I saw my first Faces of Death almost exactly 15 years ago today whilst sitting shotgun in a red 1967 Mustang at the drive-in movies in Tulsa Oklahoma. Yes, the same drive-in that The Outsiders was filmed at. Yes, it still looked exactly the same. It didn’t scare me but it prepared me for the real life horrors I would later find on the Internet. The cult surrounding this movie was pretty intense though. So many people insisting it was all real….regardless, it was fun to watch and unforgettable.
